The hotel's location was good and gorgeous, close to main attractions with a shopping area and a market within walking distance. The room was wonderfully decorated, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, would absolutely stay here again. 

Fairly clean property with really kind and nice staff at the reception desk. Quiet and luxurious room with a view to the canal. A delightful hotel, my first choice in Venice.

Highly professional staff created a quiet atmosphere. Our deluxe king room included central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. There were free of charge breakfasts with fresh fruit, complementary prosecco, wine and the location

The service here was very good. The staff was highly professional with advice and suggestions. The location was the best in St Marks square in 20 minutes and the atmosphere was quiet.

Had memorable stay for our first night in Italy. The breakfast was gorgeous and delightful with sandwiches, croissant and wine, and the team was perfect and kept the space fairly clean.

The location was super for exploring this great area, just next door to a restaurant nearby, the Rialto Bridge and market and boats to Murano, Burano. We were upgraded to adequate premium king room with a nice retro interior.

The premium king room I stayed in was wonderful with balcony. There were central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. It was in a super location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from a main street.  

The location was awesome really close to all the sights. The food for breakfast was appetising, pastries, pancakes, fruit, eggs and bacon.

We stayed here during our visit and it was a great choice. This place is located away from the touristy areas and is mostly residential, creating a peaceful environment. However, it's still close to everything and within walking distance to the tourist spots.
